Glucerna has been a wonderful addition to my life. Having diabetes makes it hard to enjoy sweets especially chocolate. Not only does Gluerna taste delicious, but I can always count on it to lower my blood sugar. The shake has a unique blend of slow-release carbohydrates to help manage blood sugar.
The version I enjoy is made with Carbsteady, but there is another version that is called Hungersmart and that one I don't like the taste of so I don't recommend it.
It's a bit pricey at over $10 dollars for a 6pack but it's more than worth it for me because I love chocolate, it's a must have in my life and this is the only way for me to have it safely.
